Is SOS Coach an emergency service?
No. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988. In other countries, use Find A Helpline to locate local support.
How do I delete my data?
Open Profile → Delete all my data in the app. This removes local SOS Coach data and requests deletion of the short coach memory stored on the server.
Do I need an account?
No. The current early build does not require or provide accounts.
The AI coach is unavailable. Did I lose my progress?
Your habits, progress, and journal are stored locally and should remain on your device. The app can use local fallback replies when the AI service cannot be reached.
Can SOS Coach help with substance withdrawal?
SOS Coach is not medical care. Withdrawal from alcohol or some substances can be dangerous. Contact a qualified medical professional for withdrawal planning or urgent symptoms.
